The full Terms & Conditions for MissionFit™ Trading are currently being finalized. By signing up for an account, you acknowledge and agree to the following preliminary terms. Complete terms will be published and require acceptance before any live trading features are enabled.
1. Service Description
MissionFit™ Trading provides an automated trading bot service that connects to your Alpaca brokerage account via API. The service scans market data and executes trades based on technical analysis indicators. MissionFit Trading is a software tool and does not constitute financial advice.
2. Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription of $9.99/month.
3. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks and securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. MissionFit Trading makes no guarantees regarding trading performance or profitability.
4. Your Brokerage Account
MissionFit Trading connects to your personal Alpaca brokerage account via API. Your funds remain in your Alpaca account at all times. MissionFit Trading never has direct access to transfer or withdraw your funds. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials.
5. Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Limitation of Liability
MissionFit Trading is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, system downtime, or any damages arising from the use of our service. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
